Confirmed Reservations. A $300 advanced deposit per suite must be received within 5 days of booking. Checks should be made payable to Condo Rentals of Waikiki. Full payment for accommodations must be received two weeks prior to arrival in the form of a Cashier's Check or Bank Draft. VISA/MC payments will be accepted if payment is made in full once reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation. Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit less 2 night charge will be refunded to you if your cancellation is made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. If less than 30 days notice is given, your deposit wil be forfeited. No refund for early check outs.

Check in time. Check-in time is 3pm. To pick up your key, please come to 413 Seaside Avenue, Suite Two. The office is located across the street towards Diamond Head from the Royal Kuhio.

After Office Hours. Pick up keys from the Security Office at the Royal Kuhio lobby.

Check-out Time. 11am. There is an additional charge for late check outs. Prior arrangements are necessary.

Addititional Services. We will be happy to function as your office during your stay with Xerox and fax service.

Special Requests. Arrangements for parking and special cleaning must be made prior to arrival date.
