$1.83/day telephone charge.
For monthly stays, telephone
charge is $36.40/month.
All reservations require
a $200.00 REFUNDABLE key/damage
deposit. This deposit will
be refunded within 2 weeks
after departure in the form
of a company check. VISA/MasterCard
information may be used in
lieu of cash deposit.
Arrangements for maid service
must be made prior to arrival.
To Confirm a Reservation:
A $300.00 advance deposit
must be received to guarantee
a reservation. We accept
VISA, MasterCard, and Diner.Balance due 30 days prior
to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is cancelled,
the $300 deposit is forfeited.
No Refunds for cancellations
made less than 30-days prior
to arrival.
No Refunds for check-outs
prior to scheduled departure
date. Exceptions made only
if unit is resold. In this
case, a $50 handling fee
will be assessed.
